I have enjoyed a storied Sales & Marketing career, having won numerous sales and marketing awards for my corporate impact at every level of my career, including Sales Rep. of the Year, Marketer of the Year, and two President Awards for contribution to profit, plus I have consulted companies that have won 9 Retail of the Year Awards.

Prior to opening my corporation I consulted the World’s Largest Travel Retailer for 4 years and managed the Global Travel Retail Division for World’s Largest Spirits Company in North America. While under my leadership I delivered share growth from 29% to 52% and tripled the gross profit over my 7 years reign. How would your business look with TRIPLE the profit?

Sales & Operations Accountabilities

✔ Ensure compliance of all brand guidelines as per Brand Owner standards
✔ 
Be the primary point of contact between brand and retailers.
✔ 
Responding to client communications or queries.
✔ 
Assist in labour planning, BA coaching/managing and assortment planning
✔ 
Communicate approved retail activities, promotional plans, merchandising and new item authorizations with the Retail Team to ensure flawless retail execution.

Manage buyers, store managers and regional managers of major retail chains.
✔ 
Create sales plans by retailer and attend meetings
✔ 
Manage execution of annual sales plan by retail location.
✔ 
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
✔ 
Educate sales staff about brand related goals & train/development store staff
Conducting regular Business Reviews with customers and Brand Owner
